I was 370 and 5'11. I started doing intermittent fasting and working out in the morning. I'm now 306 and 5'11.

I've had good luck with kettlebells, I'm currently doing the Simple and Sinister program 6 days a week. Figure out something, be it body-weight, barbells, working a trip to the gym in, walking, whatever, you can do in the morning to get yourself up and active first thing.

who here /grocery shopping/ ?

Here's what I got just now from the store :

>three small cantaloupes
>one medium watermelon
>approx. 600g of black cherries
>three gold peaches

>tarama spread + blinis
>crab meat rolls

>smoked salami
>smoked bacon
>holland imported smoked gouda

>three lettuces mix
>carrots

I mostly filled up on fruits and meats/fish as I still have a lot of greens/veggies.
Also I went for "deli" type food because it's too fucking hot for warm food and not having to cook much for a little while, just make salads and spreads of meats and cheeses, fruits like the ancient feasts...

Depends on your size at starting. Was 370 in February, I am first actually seeing it the last two weeks when I hit the 320s. Inches have always been coming off since I started. But, if you are a ham-planet like myself , then it will take a while to visually show results.

I'm very close to reaching a milestone /fat/. Started at 249 in May and weighed in this morning at 230.4 after what seemed like 2 or 3 weeks at 234. I haven't seen the 220s since 2014 at least. Can't wait to get there and hit my 20 lb milestone at 229!
