If so, dnp is literally the ONLY thing that will have a significant impact on weight loss. And by significant I mean it increases your bmr by 11% per 100mg daily, commonly used between 200-400mg daily. Dosing at 400+ is miserable if you eat a lot of carbs. For instance, my bmr is roughly 2300 cals. Dosing at a mild 200mg daily increases it to 2800 cals. Then add in exercise (TDEE is 3300), so I'm looking at a new TDEE of 3800.
