You will only be able to hold onto like 25% post natty levels (25% between where you got and your natty limit at that bf%) post cycle due to natural bodily adjustments. Note that the 25% number is total broscience and should not be quoted, but it's around that, give or take 10%.
In other words, you'll pretty much go back to natty levels when you're done. Not IMMEDIATELY mind you, it'll be like working out on a cut where your lifts get a bit smaller and smaller even when you're working at maintenance or just below maintenance. There's a bit of permanent keep to using steroids, but a lot of it is temporary, and requires you to stay on them to keep said gains.
