I can't bring myself to take a laxative.
I know that I should because my BMs have been really bad since I started dieting and I just want to flush my system out but I can't bring myself to take a laxative.
I'm really funny when it comes to taking things, I don't take pain killers or cold relief etc. The only medication I do take is for my thyroid because if I didn't I wouldn't be able to function.
also running low on my thyroid meds but can't bring myself to go to the doctor for more...

I don't track sugar, nor did I ever change the my fitness pal goal of sugar. I could get rid of it on display but it is sometimes nice to correlate high calorie meals with high sugar. Even though it is obvious sometimes like a Snickers bar being 2/3 sugar.

Basically do a 5x5 pplpp with hypertrophy thrown into the mix and will do another leg day if I can make the gym 6 days.

Look up a video by student aesthetics on ppl routine I think there's 3 parts, I essentially did that exact routine modified slightly.

Over the last year, I spent three months dieting, one month binging on amphetamine, and one month on heroin. The results:

Dieting: Struggled to meet the 1500 requirement, but lost about 1 or 2kg.

High dose daily amphetamine: Would not eat for five days except for when my friends brought a couple of energy bars to my shrouded corpse. Lost probably over 3kg. When my position became untenable, quit amphetamine and developed an unholy appetite and regained heavy weight eating over the next month and a half with constant rebound overeating, over original weight when starting.

Heroin: Initially ate with a normal appetite, but vomited everything up a couple of hours after eating it. Because of dry heaving, couldn't eat anymore and it was like this for the first week.

Because of normalization due to tolerance, constant vomiting slowed down and ceased. Because of constipation and slow metabolism of food, however, my appetite became non existent. Would cook or order food and throw three quarters of it away. Never felt hunger pangs because of the weight and would get uncomfortably bloated if I tried to force myself to eat. Passed only one bowel movement in a period of 28 days. Stopped because I had exams and also ran out of heroin. (p.s being in withdrawal during exams sucks, don't do this)

Result: 3kg lost over the month, and kept it off.

Conclusion: Amphetamines for weight loss are a meme. The lack of peristalsis and metabolism on opiates will keep your appetite off while allowing you to consume small amounts of food, allowing you to continue to survive while losing weight and not damaging yourself with starvation like on amphetamines and then eating it all back. Watch out for an ileus though.

i feel like people fear water fasting way too much, you really shouldn't be afraid of anything as long as you're not doing more than 3 weeks or if you're just slightly overweight, just take your multivitamin and drink plenty of water and other supplements if you need to, like vitamin D or fish oil. Well yesterday I didn't eat much, 1,200 calories. Today however, I did sorta fuck up. Muh mom brought some pizza from some church and I ate like 6-8 slices. Ok first of all if you never lifted you will still get stronger even on a cut. Second if you're a guy you want to lift while cutting because other wise you will lose muscle and strength while on deficit, same for women but since they don't need muscles as much as men they can make the sacrifices to lose some muscle.
While lifting on a cut you wont get as many gains, although possible if you eat perfectly, but you won't lose muscle and become skinnyfat and then sceleton and it will take you much longer to get out of that

How many kgs could I possibly be gaining on a low cal/carb diet while lifting heavy for 3 months? I barely lost 7kg while on a 1k-1.5k daily deficit (depending on calculators) and I feel muscles under the fat but still, i doubt it could be more than 1kg or so. Lifts went from nothing to 130kg squat/dl , 70kg bench (i know :[ ) and 50kg ohp. I feel i should be losing much more than this, some days I even try to eat 1 meal of 1k calories and nothing else.

The BF measurement tool in the OP (US Navy formula) is terrible, outdated and should be replaced by a 3 point Jackson-Pollock calculator. Your neck's measurement has nothing to do with BF- according to Jackson-Pollock equation, I am 10% BF, but since I have a large and strong neck, OP's calc raises it to 14%. There is literally no correlation between neck size/BF.

Look, I'm not an expert on this so I can't claim what is best and what isn't.
I have been lifting and cutting for almost 5 months and lost 14 kg so far and gained some strength, it's defiantly working for me.
How effective it has been is a different question maybe I would have lost fat quicker if I didn't lift and focused of cutting I don't know.
You also have to take in to account the people you talked to, how serious they are about cutting. A lot of people think they are eating on deficit but they're not.

because calories burned through workouts are always overestimated. If I do 60 mins on elliptical estimates range from 500 to 1000 calories burned. When in reality I burned like 400 calories. So you most people then go and eat that however many calories burned that their fitbit or whatever tells them and dont lose weight.

They could be on a 500 cal deficit. Think they burned 1000 cal but really burned 500. They eat the 1000 cal back which eats up their deficit and then they complain they havent lost weight.

It's shitty but you just have to keep on. You cannot defy physics forever and if you don't stick at it, you'll never know whether you're truly fucked or not.

I did low carb (which coincidentally was when I dropped the weight in a week) but the diet didn't agree with me. I became horribly depressed and angry all the time. It might work for you though. I just don't think it's something I could do long term which is kind of what I'm looking for - a liftstyle change.
