If you wanna go hard, go for as hard as you can.

It'll be hard if you're doing a lot of working out or cardio. If you can restrict down to 1200 or so you can do it. Cardio and lifting makes calorie restriction hard. Cardio makes you a lot hungrier, so it's harder to eat lower calories.

But just go by feel. If you feel lethargic, incorporate more calories.

Keep injuring myself, not from lifting but from mundane things like sleeping funny.
I'm going to go to the doctors at some stage this week so I'll ask about it there.
I was talking with someone yesterday who mentioned that I should get my blood tested for Vitamin D. Since I don't get a lot of sun and currently aren't taking any kind of multi-vitamin supplements chances are I'm lacking in it.

Been dieting for around 6 months, tracking calories every day.

Progress my bodyweight dropped from approx 205 lb at 32% bf, now I'm at like 180 lb 24% bf. Everyone tells me I'm doing good, all my muscles are finally showing up.

Good feels brehs. Gonna stick with this diet for another 6 months, gonna try getting down to 170 lb 15 % bf. Wish me luck bros.

Been feeling so down lately, I've been working out for around 4 years on and off cause of sports and engineering school but I've stuck to it for a solid 2 years. I'm doing good now but last year a friend of mine asked me to teach him how to lift and good routines and such and he came back from college this summer and he is twice as big as me. I've been depressed about it ever since, I shouldn't really since he takes it really seriously and I have a ton more things going on in my life but thats not an excuse. Allegedly what MCT oil does is boost your energy since it's easy for your body to metabolize.

I'm at what I call the "second leg" of my weight loss journey. In 2012 I lost 35 pounds from 210 to 175. After multiple surgeries that made me immobile for months, so much medication that bloated me, and bad eating habits skyrockted me up to 250, I am finally back at 210.

It's weird, I'm probably fatter at 210 now than I was five years ago despite being maybe an inch or two taller (I say this because I wear 38 shorts and jeans and as far as I know can't fit into 36, but when I gained weight I could still fit into 36 clothes until about 230).

Time to get back to a healthier weight. I'm aiming for 190 currently, I always think "I probably won't get back to 175" but honestly just tracking your calories and watching what you eat is so easy I wouldn't be surprised if I got under 175.

After a while of looking at sizes and nutritional info you get a feel for how much some foods are, and it gets easier. learn to look up nutrition data for common, decent food that your mom makes and that you eat

Reduce calories.

As your bodyweight drops, so does your daily TDEE.

You have to adjust your calories every so often to accomodate the changes. You probably have still been losing weight, it's just not noticable because your calories are too close ot maintenance.

Pretty good day. Hit PR of 150 each Squat/Deadlift. Yes I know that's low but feelsgoodman. Did Incline Bench, Triceps and some legs too.

Chipotle bowl (Rice/Beans/double Chicken/lettuce) for lunch

Grilled Chicken/Veggies/Chocolate Milk for dinner. 1300 calories not including whatever I worked off.

Have you had an increase of sodium or carbs? If so water weight.
If not increase your cut further with a few hundred calories. If that doesn't work your metabolism may be fucked and you should cheat by eating at your maintenance for a day or two. Just don't binge fast food or some other stupid shit.
