I confessed at the end of the last day but feeling still terrible about it. I've eaten for 15 days clean, and something came over me last night after the gym. I went to Mcdonalds and had a quarter pounder with cheese, and an Egg McMuffin it was one of the best things I've ever eaten and I work in a Michelin starred kitchen. After this decision, I immediately pulled over and forced myself to vomit it all up. I am held a little bit on eating a heavy deficit so I think I might switch to keto. Look at his parents, are one of them fat? No one in my family was fat beside my dad, so everyone just assumed I was naturally fat. I was 210 pounds in gr 11 at 5'6 I think. I lost 60 pounds in 6 months time, just counting claroies and tracking exercise, I overate and drank a lot of calories. I was very scrawny then in gr 12. On Sunday I blew past my calorie goal by over 600 between a breakfast bagel sandwich, a wrap with leftover chuck steak for lunch and stroganoff with beef chuck for dinner; on Monday I did it again to the tune of ~450 at a family gathering because someone had prepared themselves a hot dog but couldn't be bothered to eat it and offered it (and I fuckin' HATE letting food go to waste); and just now I caved on my one-day supercut to try and make up for those by scarfing leftover stroganoff, leaving me only ~150 below my usual goal.

i know this is not the type of things expected from the question, but fuck it.
i've been feeling really depressed as of late and my anxiety attacks have become more frequent. i don't reach out to any of my close friends because i don't want them to either see me differently or make them worry, even if my thoughts of suicide have become more common. i don't believe i'd ever go through with it since i know the damages it'd do to my close family, especially my older brother.
my issue is that i can't figure out why im in such a state. i just live with this film of grey, and constant feelings of gloom, self-hatred and worthlessness.
i've been coping via by excessive partying, but im going to ditch that and just try to kill myself through exercise. Just focus on my lifts, diet and burn myself out by running. Not sure how it's gonna work out, i just hope i stop feeling sad.
