I've been messing around with a protein pancake/waffle that I can eat for breakfast/take to work.

1 Cup Cottage Cheese 2%
1/2 Rolled Oats
3 Eggs
1 Scoop Whey
2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
Cinnamon for taste

Makes two large waffles that together = 29g fat, 50g carbs, 80g protein, ~800 calories

I am fat but not obese (177cm 99kg 25% BF) and recently got back into exercising on a daily basis around 4-5 months ago following a circuit program.

When I started for the first month I was working out at random times and at the end of each time since I was always pushing myself to my limits I was close whiting out but eventually my body got used to the intensity and duration and it was no longer a problem, recently the program increased the duration of each workout by 50% and added another set/round for each workout so now its 4 sets instead of 3.

Basically to cut the story short after the increased intensity and duration I have not been able to do the 4th set because after the 3rd set I am always super close to passing out. What can I do to either stop this or increase my whiting out threshold?

Today I weight myself after a week and i got .8lbs of 207lbs that I had last week. The only difference I did on that full week is that I started to do bodyweight excercise.

The thing is, I immediately noticed my arm getting buffer and heavier to the touch, as did my neck and behind my neck. But it's only been one week since I started to use the dumbbell (I use a galoon full of water because no gym, all in home) so I find it very impossible for me to have that in so little time.

To be more precise I am a male 5'7 weighting 207.8 (apparently now, will weight myself again tomorrow to be sure) with a 1735 daily recommend calorie intake (of which I usually reach 800-1000 with excercise).

My excercises consist of 30 minutes on a stationary bike (15 minutes on Resistance 10/16, five minutes on 11/16, five minutes on 9/16 and at the last five minutes 5/16) every day of the week while doing bodyweight excercise three days on a week to let the muscles rest.

Here is a pic of my current upper body for an idea. I know is a shit quality but I have a shit phone.

Are the .7 gains fat or what the fuck? I feel very good doing the routine I am doing but I want to go below 200 at least if I want to look buff in seven months+.

I've cut out eating animal products during the weekday since I've always been awfully rude to my heart etc. I am pretty sure at 23 I can finally feel the negative cholesterol clogging my heart and brain. I'm on day 5 of this new diet. Don't really feel a difference yet. I've been eating burritos made up of potatoes (supposed to be a superfood), raw sauerkraut (for the probiotics), and peppers (heat feels good). I also drink a cup of fruit and take fish oil capsules. Fish oil is still an animal product but whatever I could change it to another omega 3 supplement but at that point there probably isn't a difference either way to my health... I'm not changing my diet because I care about animal life.

How am I doing, /fat/?

It doesn't look like much, and it's still almost all fat, but I've lost 40 pounds in the past year. Didn't go on a diet. Just started eating more salads and reduced my portion sizes.

I'm worried though, I haven't been eating that good lately and I haven't been going to the gym, luckily, I'm not gaining any weight, but I'm not losing any.

i'm moving across the country for work tomorrow, so I went out for dinner with my family earlier

i'd eaten only about 800 calories by 6pm when we went to Chili's, but once there I chowed down on the endless chips and salsa, as well as a burger and fries, totaling up to 2k calories in 1 meal

after that, I went to the gas station and got a bag of those mini reeses, bringing me up to about 4k calories on the day

Usually I take food with me when I travel but still run in to issues since I can't see the future and what I need.

I used to make mine hot got which is fine. Just took too much time for me to make / eat. Now I stick my serving in a blender, add a banana and ice and drink it down. People say it sounds fucking weird but trust me it tastes great.

Make sure you aren't eating the sugary shit either. Plain oats for plain folks.

But yes I have been almost starving myself since last Friday night when I purchased a 1600 calorie frozen pizza and ate about 3000 calories in one night.

I tried my fitness pal last summer but I'm doing better not documenting everything I eat. It's 95% how I shop. Stay away from all bread, all biscuits, all sweets, all crisps, all fizzy drinks, all non hard cheese, all cereal, all bakery stuff, all bacon, all burgers, all sausages and don't order takeaway.

It's easier to just shop at butchers/veg stand than walking into a supermarket and being confronted by all that crap above... And we know that's not even remotely the worst stuff out there.

I buy 5kg of chicken at a time and appropriate vegetables. Generally run out of veggies and convince myself to pick up a meal at the supermarket and cave and buy something.

I just hit 290, dropping around 50 lbs in 6 months. I'm 6'3", and targeting a goal weight of 200 by this time next year.

That's probably not true. At that pace for that long you're burning maybe 350 or so, the mild cardio gains and if you're extra fat putting it up to 500 at the most.
That's about one pound a week of fat.

Me at 365. I started keto 5 days ago and I'm down to 345. (I fasted a bit and usually ate 1-2 meals max) I ate a salad from subway today with bacon ranch (14g fat, 1g carb) a single sausage link, an omelette for breakfast, my multivitamin, and drank a gallon of water. Am I doing good?? I'm going out to dinner with my girlfriends family tomorrow so I'm gonna fast all day and try to eat as low of carbs as I can at whatever fast food they decide to go to.

I just got a new job and there's a huge snack pantry with little stuff to snack. Normally I wouldn't have the urge but part of my job is restocking the place as well as moving around a lot, so I get tired and hungry before lunch.

I've tried to suppress it with coffee but I also don't want to start nulling my senses to caffeine.
