Ran 8 weeks of a testosterone mix, 4 different esters.

Took two weeks off gear and as of yesterday I started my PCT. 4 hours ago I took my 25mg dose before bed and I woke up a few minutes ago and have got chronic diorrhea. I didn't eat anything before like 8pm and it's now 5am so I'm assuming the nolva I took at 11pm is the cause for this.

I use HCG for 2 things. (1) to keep my balls correctly sized during cycle and (2) post-cycle after a long blast and cruise.

To keep your balls correctly sized while on cycle you should inject roughly 250iu EoD. This is a small dose. To come off a 2-year blast and cruise, a study showed that massive doses of HCG are useful in this situation. You would want to shoot upwards of 5,000iu EoD for this purpose.

If you are doing a TestE-only cycle then you will only need 1 vial of HCG and that is only if you want to keep your balls correctly sized. You need nolvadex for your PCT.
