1. do 14-16 weeks. 12 is not long enough.

2. hcg is kinda expensive and quite honestly, not really necessary. Its necessary for people who have been running excessively long cycles or abusing gear for years without taking the proper time between cycles. You will recover fine without it as long as you keep your cycles less than 16 weeks and follow the time on+PCT = time off rule of thumb. If you can get it cheap I guess knock yourself out but that hasn't been my experience.

3. keep some kind of AI on hand until you know if you are prone to gyno. Aromasin is the best option, any of them will work. Start taking it if your nipples get super tender/puffy.
