Skin can be stretched quite a bit for short term and it will always go back to how it was, however the longer it stays stretched the more it loses its elasticity. This is why fat people always have loose skin.
I don't even think your body is able to digest this amount of food. Maybe if it took him all day to eat the huge amounts of food but he usually eats it in under 30 minutes. I think he just pukes it out or just shits out undigested food.
even a huge surplus would only be something like 3000kcals. compare that to a fatty eating a minor surplus of 100kcals a day for a year. the point is that getting fat is something that happens over a long period of time. a small spike on day, even if it's a huge spike, is irrelevant in the long term
