Search on YouTube for "foodwishes". Most of his recipes are too fatty but he has some fit chicken preparations and good tips in seasoning. This is for total noobs in kitchen.
If you know how to cook a little, but don't know how to season it, look for Alton Brown's recipes, it's GOAT and usually very simple to follow.

Healthy food does taste good, the reason it doesn't seem so to you is because you shove overflavored, artificial garbage down your gullet on the daily.
Also, if you eat food for taste and not for nutrition then you've already failed and you're never gonna make it
