>"ehuu guhhhh hnnnng guuuh euuuukkk"
>slams weight down
>thinks he's hot shit
>for squatting 2pl8
yeah, congrats, now shut the fuck up retard, real men are lifting real weights here
He's going through as much effort as you are. His muscles are weaker than yours but his work is worthy of respect. He's improving.
Fuck off, OP.
Well I understand that you're making excuses for how weak you are before telling me how weak you are.
Please tell me how long you have been lifting for, your body stats, your lifting stats and a picture of your current body with a timestamp to wrap it all up.
Wow, you must be pretty fucking insecure to shit on other peoples' efforts like that. How would you feel if some competitive powerlifter or bodybuilder walked up to you at the gym and told you what a fucking DYEL pussy you are, and to get out of *their* way?
>not acknowledging that an individual can only train at the level they can train at
>not acknowledging that everyone starts at the bottom
>not acknowledging that someones' personal best IS THEIR PERSONAL BEST
In short, you're a bad person and you should *feel* bad. Now delete this shit thread and self-ban yourself for 24 hours.
I see lots of people at my uni gym who squat/deadlift with really shitty form, but I'm too scared to try to talk to strangers and tell them that they're on the way towards hurting themselves or not making the full range of motion.
At least you're worried about people around you and want to help them but honestly get some balls mate.
It's called being ''dyel'' refrain from posting until you do finally lift weights.
Get a load of this homo.
We all have to start from some where and I am sure you are no Profesional lifter by any means. Go remove the sand from your vaginal and go rethink your life.
>i need feminism because im scared of the dark
>(not including the bar)
no dumplings for you
2pl8 is 100 kilos, that's a lot of weight, that's more weight than most people will ever do.
20kg is zero pl8
60kg is 1pl8
100kg is 2pl8
I'm not making statements for all intenses and purposes I'm the weakest guy you've ever met.
But that's not up to debate you're the strong big guy lifting heavy weights so please school me.
>struggle with 85 kilos
>after i am done some bearded tattoo guy quarter squats 95 kilos death staring me with a towel between him and the bar
>squat 115 kilos
>he still can't get 100 kilos for reps quarter squatting
>"Oh you're doing low bar squats with 405lbs or as us weightlifters call it, Good Mornings with 180kg?" My high bar squat with 60kg is much more impressive as I actually go through the full ROM, all muscles engaged, as was intended. And in no way am I dyel."
My max is 335 (not 315 but p close) and after my working sets, I go down to 225 and do 2 sets of 6 paused atg squats.
I didn't quarter squat to hit my PR, but I still think you're wrong buddy
I can OHP 155 lbs twice, bench 245 lbs, squat 225lb twice, and diddy 330 lb.
Squats were hard and I could never get a comfortable form and it turned out it was because I wear running shoes to the gym and they throw off your balance. Totally didn't know that before.
Yeah i grunt if its heavy but never scream out loud...then again i workout in a "fitness center"
Theres gonna be someone bigger than you thinking the same shit about you so just take a deep breath and get off that high chair because there must be something on it going up your ass to make you this hauty and uptight
>Tfw 2plaet squat coming up next squat-day.
Fucking nailed 97.5 keegees.
>recovering fat fuck
>skwatting at uni gym
>almost up to lmao2pl8 for reps, been hovering around 205-215 because the perma-cut is sapping my strength
>some kid comes up to the rack next to me
>doesn't warm up
>sticks 1pl8 on
>watch him between sets because I'm a creep who likes to either judge or mire other people's form
>his knees move three inches
>finishes his set
>LOADS UP ANOTHER PL8
>oh boy here we go
>gets under the bar to squat 2pl8
>his knees barely move at all this time
>he just dips his hip and back downwards
>he does this for one whole set of 5 before moving to the machine area
Tell me about it, just saw some poor lanklet deadlifting and not letting the bar touch the floor, was like 1-2cm off every time.
You could hear the back snapping.
