>>35986397 "You're right. They demonstrably won't and its funny when autists use it as a baseless excuse to avoid social interaction or try to wear an air of superiority for hiding from life in their rooms under the guise of maintaining a healthy life style."
social gains you can make by drinking occasionally outweigh your lost gains (which you can gain back in no time) dramatically just saying, in case some of you are actually retarded enough to not drink no matter what
Shit, I thought I was the only one. I still have yet to find how much actual alcohol can lead to live damage too, so if I have more than one I get worried. If I get smashed at a party (or god forbid am on a trip and drinking night after night with buds) then I think I'm gonna shit out my live right then and there.
But i do already. >tfw no friends and drinking alone on weekends >tfw my parents expect me to deliver grandchildren but im a virgin at 21 >tfw my flirting game sucks ass and women literally never approach me the last time a female non-family non-work person wrote a message to me first was 4 years ago because she wanted to ask what homework we had to do
For real though, abusing alcohol regularly will of course fuck your body, discipline and training regime completely, but a party once, let's say three-four weeks ain't gonna do shit.
From personal experience, when I am training for strength, so I'm doing a powerlifting routine with heavy squats and deads twice a week, every four weeks or so, I'm hitting a wall - can't lift that fucking weight. And this is, say, Thursday's training session. I simply do lower weight-higher reps quick and fun workout and the next day I go drinking, eating junk food and so on. Saturday I cure hangover (I'm Polish so we drink quite a bit) and on Sunday I hit a swimming pool for jaccuzzi or some shit like that. The Monday's training session is always great, and I can always easily outlift the prescribed progress.
>>35986397 "Gains"? Why did you say "gains" with quotation marks, bitch? Are you >implying that I'm small and/or weak, that my gains are so small that you can joke about them? Do you think that I would let this slide, you rancid whore? I could hold your weak arms above your head with one hand, spread your legs apart as you scream and beg me to stop, rip your pants to shreads and ravage your cunt with my long and thick cock. How would that feel, huh? You would be helpless to do anything but moan and cry, as your puny attempts to stop me would only make me fuck you harder and more violently. Your scrawny muscles would be no match for my body hardened by tons and tons of iron; you would be like a mouse caught in the paws of a cat. After I would be done with you, you couldn't walk for a week, while I wouldn't have even broken a sweat. Maybe I'd clean and press you, and let your feeble body slam to the floor like a sack of shit.
However, I'll be merciful this time, as you are nothing but a foolish girl who doesn't know what she's playing with. Think about what I said the next time you talk about my gains with quotation marks, harlot.
>>35987853 >Binge drinking is defined as episodic excessive drinking. There is currently no worldwide consensus on how many drinks constitute a "binge", but in the United States, the term is often taken to mean consuming five or more standard drinks (male), or four or more drinks (female), over a 2-hour period. One definition states that 5 drinks for men and 4 drinks for women must be consumed on one occasion at least once in a two-week period for it to be classed as binge drinking. This is colloquially known as the "5/4 definition", and depending on the source, the timeframe can vary. In the United Kingdom, binge drinking is defined as drinking more than twice the daily limit, that is, drinking eight units or more for men or six units or more for women (roughly equivalent to five or four American standard drinks, respectively). In Australia, binge drinking is also known as risky single occasion drinking (RSOD) and can be classified by drinking seven or more standard drinks for males and 5 or more standard drinks for females within a single day. When BEACH (Bettering the Evaluation of care and health) conducted a study which gathered information of people over the age of 18, BEACH defined binge drinking as those who consumed six or more standard drinks on one occasion whether that be weekly or monthly.
