No typo, legit just suck asshole at OHP. I've been doing alternating lat raises and Arnold press instead of OHP just because my form is so bad. Next week I'll go hard trying to figure out how to do it right.
It's a matter of personal preference. Most of /fit/ will tell you to bulk first because

But my top priority is to look good naked, and I feel like yours is too. And for that, ripped, chiseled skelly > fat permabulker, so I'd say cut first...and really stick to it so you can get through it faster.

All depends on where the fat goes. I don't have much fat on my legs where a lot of people have fat, so most of my fat weight goes around belly/chest/arms so it hurts my overall muscle definition. If you have same bf% but more fat on legs, your upper body looks stronger
Tried to get a side shot so you can see my stomach. This is me flexing, I'm still dyel but making gains from skelly mode. I want to know if my bf is low enough that you think my diet may be holding back gains or if I'm getting enough food. I've been keeping my weight basically exactly steady for the last 6 weeks despite lifting daily. Am I recomping or just spinning my tires because I am not eating?

Dual energy x ray absorptiometry. It's a scan of your body that gives bf % (and other shit like bone density in old osteoporosis ladies). I recall it's about $70 to have done and is basically the gold standard for checking your bf yourself.
