Looking beast m8. Height, weight?
Reminder that forearms' size, along with calves, are based purely on genetics. They are impossible to grow, no matter how much you train.
I feel pity when i see people waste time on forearm training in the gym.
Im on a bulk. About 20% bodyfat or so. No veins because arm was lifted up for a minute+no pump. Ive got vascularity in my forearms most of the time. I cut very easily so im not worried about being overweight
>forearms' size, along with calves, are based purely on genetics
how are mine and your arms the same size but look so different
mine took a very long time to grow mate talking like 4 year of lifting before they even began to look ok
and it might be genetics do you have a long tie in? if so your arm can look bigger but not as peaky
when you tense your bicep is there a gap between your forearm and bicep or does your bicep go into your forearm with no gap?
a long tie in means the bicep muscle is longer and bigger and inserts into your forearm further down
a shorter bicep has a shorter but more peaked muscle which inserts a bit higher up
i tryed to draw what i mean but arts not my best subject haha
i have a short tie in
you'll end up with a nice high peak
people prefure long insertions apparently but there less impressive in my opinion
just focus on tension when training biceps
not heavy weight
bicep growth is really slow unless you have god tier genetics just got to keep at it
I just bought pic related. Does it work? How many sets do you do and how often
>buying a stick and a piece of chain
you should of made it yourself
and yes it will work its lethal done properly
i'd stick it at the end of a back workout or deadlift session so forearm fatigue doesn't effect my grip
stay small boys, i am about 20kg heavier now a days too
>Won't let me delete post
cuz i'm backtracing you nigga
