What is /fit/'s verdict on these?
I like them and eat them in between meals if I get hungry and seem pretty nutritional.

They're good, but not particularly filling. When I eat one, I always want to eat a second one. Sometimes a third. Kind of addicting. I'll stick to protein shakes made with some frozen fruit.
7 eleven usually has quest bars as a 2 for 5 deal which is great but after they started the met rx bars 2 for 5 deal I can't go back. They just taste great, are more filling and have more protein.
They're way too goddamn expensive. The macros are godly and they taste great but they cost twice what they honestly should. Though at BJ's they have a variety pack of 20 bars for $18, which I think is worth it.
Because I'm not a savage who still kills animals for "gains."
Also because the fiber is garbage added insoluble "fuck my gut up senpai" tier, and the protein is sulfur-bound. Plus, where are the fucking net carbs, I'm not a lion, I'm a human.
Apparently easy and cheaper to make your own.
The key ingredient is Isomaltooligosaccharide.
I've never had a quest bar, but I have a big bag of I.M.O in the cupboard, so I think I'm going to skip my uni lectures today, and try to make some protein bars using the flavourings I have for my shakes.

The choc chip dough and white choc raspberry ones are really tasty but they always leave that super sweet aftertaste. And they're fairly expensive but I still get one sometimes. Probably the most processed thing I eat overall though. Not very satiating imo but dat taste and macros ..
I put some whey protein, peanut butter, ground up cashews in a bowl and started mixing. Added a bit of water slowly to get it to a spreadable consistency. Spread it on a pan and stuck it in the fridge. EZ
I hate the taste of the cookie dough and Oreo but One bars fucking kill quest any day
