Been to the gym for the first time, only calisthenics (and could only do a few muscles ups, did literally only abs pullups and pushups).
Struggled with a one pl8 bench press, couldn't do more than five reps of 1pl8 OHP, didn't even tried squats/diddies.
However, I look better than 95% of >muh strength
Proof that strength=/=aesthetics.

Depending on your weight, 5 reps of 1pl8 OHP is good. That's my max, and I'm 181lbs. No one ever said calisthenics was bad. I can't do muscle ups or even Russian dips, but I'd like to be able to.
back in HS, i only did isolations and never did squats and had a really muscular lean physique and everyone thought i was strong but i was literally 135 lbs 12% bf 5'5 and muscle and 0 strength (couldn't even bench 1pl8)
No routine, just try to feel the burn every session (2-3 times a week, sometimes less)

Let's say one year of pushups and abs in my room, then one year of more "real" training outside. Nothing too serious though

Label clockwise and counterclockwise gears by CW and CCW respectively. Each pair of gears in direct contact will change parity from CC to CCW and vice versa, while the cables leave the rotation unchanged if it's untwisted and changed if it's twisted.
Thus we just need to count the number of connections (contacts + cables) modulo 2, with each contact and twisted cable as 1 mod 2, and untwisted cable 0 mod 2.

Sets of 40 push ups. Until failure, then sets of 30, then 20.
Same with pullups, 12, then 10, etc.
Probably bullshit but, eh, it worked.
Also bodyweight squats works pretty well. Gotta go with these 6 sets of 50, see if it works or not.
