Christ I've never seen such a horrible gym fail before. I'm neither big or strong and can do double that weight(5'9" 160lbs). How Is it possible to be that massive yet pass out from a single rep???!!
He got a blood rush in his brain and passed out, kind of like when you get up from your seat too quickly and you start seeing stars but worse in his case.
Don't lift too quickly and make sure your blood pressure is alright.
