I have cholesterol issues so I will usually cook 4 eggs but only use 1 or 2 yolks. I know I'm missing out on some nutrition by not eating the other yolks but I really want to watch out for my heart health while still being able to enjoy eggs.

Egg protein is 7 times more expensive than lentil protein. And that considering that you can buy five dozen eggs for ten bucks kek, and only 10 kg of lentils for 10 dollars buying in bulk.

When it comes to animals, I'm the actual definition of a psychopath. I feel no emotion at the death and suffering of an animal that is killed purely for me to eat. Doesn't matter what the animal is. You could set a dog on fire in front of me and I wouldn't bat an eyelid.
So I don't understand how the hell anyone who professes to "care" about animals can eat meat.
If you eat meat, you have to be totally ambivalent about torturing animals.
So while I could never stop eating delicious meat and animals products, I totally understand why some people are so staunchly against it.
