7 months lifting srsly. Im having 3 months of vacations with no interrumptions. Full sleep and food gains gym 5 times a week. Can i get to 160 lbs by the beggining of may ?

I'll be honest you're still dyel to me, but you look healthy and normal like an athletic person who doesn't lift.... But maybe before you were just a skelly so this could be big gains for you. Keep on working man, keep making progress.

i imean you have a nice base already, youre not dyel but you don't exactly have a wow-factor body You just need time to develop in the gym. If you value aesthetics, think about doing volume oriented routines, hitting body parts twice a week (something like PPLrPPlrPPlr), or an arnold split. IF you have high volume, high frequency, and a dialed in diet, you will fucking grow and will be one sick cunt.
