My name is Rich Piana. I'm 44 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my nipples are a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After i Remove the ice pack I used two scoops of a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use four scoops of whey isolate, then ten scoops of creatine monohydrate, and after my shower eighteen scoops of mutant mass. Then I inject twenty scoops of real food directly into my intestines which I leave to digest for ten minutes while I prepare my synthol injections. I always use a synthol solution with little or no alcohool, because alcohol dries your muscles out and makes you look older. Then HGH, then test, tren, mast, deca, equipoise, npp followed by d-ball, winny, superdrol and finally a shot of HCG. There is an idea of a Rich Piana. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me. Only an entity. Something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours, and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I am simply not human.
Piano man say full range of motion on overhead press is bad for your joints. I like most of his advice but when it comes to compound movements he doesn't seem to know what he is talking about.
Well this is true for some people. For example if you fucked up your knee squatting with bad form, your knees may always hurt if you continue going low. Going low on squats doesn't "cause" point pain though, doing it with shitty form causes it.
Like most of /fit/, Richard prolly never does yoga, so the advice is actually applicable to most people here. Do some occasional yoga for rotator cuff mobility & you wont have the issue he has.
He's gotten fatter if that's what you mean
He's too large for it to be obvious like it is humans but his muscles look softer and doughier every video
It's hilarious desu I love that he's put on 30lbs and thinks it's all muscle
>captcha: select all the salad
>spending 45 minutes every day watching the mutant jew schill placebos
Rich only Adds
He doesn't do yoga, but he's flexible as fuck, actually. I really didn't expect that, he's far more flexible than me even when he's 40 pounds heavier.
>You caught me
>You caught me again babe
>This cookie that I'm not sponsored by is not a meal
>I'm not sponsored by anyone
>I'm also wearing these brand new shoes
>They are Mutant shoes
>No one better buy these shoes or I can't wear them anymore
>tfw you will never raise a qt loli through lifting
>tfw you will never prepare bulking tea & cake parties for her ripped friends with her
you're seriously asking why a mutant does not fucking play by human rules?
Damn that's better than I expected. Usually these huge guys are all snapped up and immobile.
I think this comes from his mindset of wanting to promote hypertrophy and keeping constant tension on the muscle. He wouldn't necessarily want to hit compounds with the intention of working multiple body parts, just to work the main one, in this case the delts.
Why does this guy along with Jose Canseco and other long time users of steroids all look fucked up
>not using superior Poal
based piana giving /fit/ relevant life advice during his cardio
The bitch talking in the background, his wife or what ever the fuck sounds like some Filipino tranny. Bitch sounds real awkward too.
all day you may mother fucker bcaa's. do you even listen
>not decalcifying your pineal gland to make nxtlvl gains
Benjamin Franklin's autobiography had a similar sentiment. When he was crossing the ocean from America to Britain he noticed that the sailors, when given no tasks, where moody and unruly to the captain. The mood and morale of the crew where increased when they where given work, even menial tasks.
I disagree that having a busy life makes your life better because your accomplishing things. I think we're all smart enough, when left to our own devices, to start questioning the point of existence and meaning of our lives. Keeping busy help you to avoid asking "too many questions".
>main point of food is to make us grow
Why even live anons? Eating and sleeping is a simple pleasure as a human being, why must they be turned into tedious tasks. If Rich was a better cook he wouldn't be giving his spiel that you must turn eating into work, which seems pretty hypocritical when he buys 50$ of takeout at the end of the night.
