No idea who this fuck is but it's literally impossible to build mass of any kind on 1000 calories per day. A calorie surplus is required to build mass. You don't just magically grow from inhaling oxygen.

The stuff he preaches actually makes sense. Intermittent fasting makes dieting simpler and easier. Progressive overload is the main drive to building muscle.
Only thing I can't deal with is only lifting three days a week and his inflated ego.

Workout on Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Instead of working out 5-7 days per week, only hitting each body part once per week, and trying to do every imaginable exercise for each body part to try to cause growth; you are instead hitting each body part every 3-4 days and hitting it to exhaustion and stopping. It's easier to make progress in your workouts.
The reason that bodybuilders only hit each body part once a week with a shitload of exercises is because they are at a point where they can no longer make huge gains, so they are focusing on quality over quantity. If you ask a bodybuilder or "fitness pro" how to improve a body part, they will tell you to train it more than once a week. So if you're trying to improve your whole body then hit everything more than once a week. With 3 days a week you're able to do that without over training by being in the gym everyday.

I also think it depends on your level of fitness and how quickly you can recover.
I used to do pull ups 2-3 times a week and was stuck at 12 reps.
Switched it up to do pull ups only once a week and shot up to 18 reps.
