>Yes, yes, good goy. Don't forget the multivitamins and pre workouts
So Myprotein has more then? Myprotein is 4.285cals/proton, while NOW is 4.4cal/proton.
What the fuck is a proton anyway? This ain't some chemistry shit here, not fucking electrons m9.
Just to add on to what I said a second ago, you're a retard who cannot into maths.
Also, NOW cost's over 3 times as much/serving. $0.60 for Myprotein Isolate, compared to $2.03 for NOW.
My point is that the argument
>NOW is the purest shit ever
>Myprotein has 21 protons per 90cal scoop while NOW sports has 25 protons per 110cal scoop
Is dumb af, when even by his own numbers, he's wrong.
Also, in the independant studies, Myprootein has an 87.6% concentration of bound protein, compared to NOW's 78.8%
After about 90 seconds of price/calories/protein comparison at my local walmart, I chose thisun.
I'm a skelly so I use precision Big Time weight gainer, bretty decent
ON Gold Standard Extreme Milk Chocolate
Welp the other thread is dead..
It's not the best tasting but its pretty fuggen cheap. Also it's locally made and owned.
Seriously tough, I'm taking pic related and I want to go for something with less sugar and maybe more protein if that's possibe.
Any recommendations ?
I'm currently debating between getting myprotein or syntha-6.
In terms of calories/gram of protein, myprotein seems to win out. Same with cost.
But in terms of reviews(both on /fit/ and off of /fit/), I've heard nothing but good things about syntha-6's flavor.
Now I know a lot of people would call me a pussy, but I plan on using this as a meal replacement while I cut. I simply can't afford ~50 meals worth of protein for 25-40$ unless you count eggs.
Which does /fit/ recommend?
It's also got the most variety in flavors. Really, this is their secret to success.
Let's get real here. The first like 15 brands on labdoor.com's list prove that there really isn't that much difference.
The only thing to be concerned about is what it's made of. Are you lactose intolerant? Perhaps stay away from the whey. Etc.
>I have to use a memey egg white thing because dairy stuff never fails to give me acne and soy = titties
All of asia wouldn't have a sad lack of titties if that were actually true and not broscience. You know how much soy is in typical east asian diets? Fuck tons, way more than the most ridiculous supp-worshiping curlbro.
You're looking at ON's mass gainer.
Oats & Whey is 200 kcal and 24 g protons.
Not super lean but not terribad either, and it's extra carbs from oats, not whatever junk fillers other powders have.
I think I'll try it sometime this year. But unfortunately I just bought other powder, and considering I don't use much as it is, I probably won't be any powders again this winter.
Totally cool with me. There's nothing wrong with taking out soy and dairy, especially considering you're intolerant. Soy may not harm you as /fit/ likes to believe, but it certainly isn't going to help you either.
Just saying, I think /fit/'s obsession with anything that maybe slightly kind of points to possibly affecting their manboobs is ridiculous.
I understand. Which is why I'm leaning towards MyProtein. I'm just worried I'm gonna buy something that I won't be able to swallow.
Also, for those who have tried it before, how is the difference between MyProtein regular and stevia? I've never tried stevia before. Hell I don't even know the upsides.
Kill yourself. Tuna and chicken is cheaper. I honestly want to know where you live? Like in what country is whey protein cheaper then chicken and fish. Please reply for the love of god so I can move there.
I live in rural USA. Chicken can vary from 3-4$ a pound. Once in a great while you get it at 1.5-2$ a pound, but that's rare.
At 3-4$ a pound, enough for 30 meals is almost the same as a 5 pound tub of protein. At 2$ a pound chicken is indeed cheaper.
I can't eat Tuna because I'm allergic to fish. Wish I could.
Lastly, I only go to town for food twice a month. I don't have freezer space for that much fucking chicken, and eating an entire chicken breast would make me fill fucking ill, compared to drinking 6-8 ounces of liquid.
soybean protein isolate in bulk for me 44lbs $190 its not complete in the since that it lacks a little lysine but oats sure have tons and i eat that everyday so there is nothing wrong with it. Its the cheapest protein you can possibly get as far as i've found. Its an investment that will last about 2 years
Slav reportin. Chicken breast is 260RUB/kg here. So thats 260/180 = 1.45RUB/gram of protein, actually more if you account for the bone. Tuna is much more expensive. Last order of 10kg myprotein whey cost me 9100RUB shipping included, thats 9100/8000 = 1.14RUB/gram of prot. The only things cheaper than that are eggs if you go for yolks, or incomplete plant sources.
Hey guys, skelly here who due to his job can only eat 3 meals a day. What mass gainer should I get? I tried ON's serious mass but it was too heavy for me and gave me runny shits.
>11lbs myprotein whey $90 (NOT ACCOUNTING FOR CRAZY SALES)
>200 servings, 20g protein per serving
>200*20g = 4000g protein total in pouch
>$90/4000g = ~ $.02/g protein
>4000g/$90 = ~44.4 g protein/$
even without the sales whey still outvalues chicken and tuna in USD
anyone using jym? tastes fucking amazing and is a blend of casein/eggwhite/whey. only bad thing is it's kinda pricey
tried myprotein but it tasted like dick and didnt blend well. cheap as fuck though
Oh my fuck why have i not heard if this?
I mean i just throw oats in the blender and and my flavored powder but still that sounds fucking phenominal tasting.
I might buy some in case i run out of either protein powder or oats
Nobody should badmouth whey. Its an incredibly effective way of getting protein when you don't have the free time to go home and cook a meal or eat a prepackaged meal after a workout.
Its also good for supplementing your meals if you're not getting enough protein from it
Not to sound extremely tree hugging. But buying whey is just more beneficial towards the environment. Chickens also get treated like absolute shit. Thats my main reason for buying whey.
provide a source or shut your useless mouth
my african american
in case you are as retarded as you do look, I'll do the math for you
you can currently get 5kg of impact myprotein whey shipped pretty much anywhere within eu and double scoop a day for 75 cents
you won't believe it but this actually tastes really good
the non-isolate tastes like garbage though don't ever buy it
If it's good enough for grok it's good enough for me.
Plus it has creatine it it.
And it's the cheapest at Safeway
Their salted caramel flavor is fucking BASED. Literally the only whey I've had that tastes good. I actually get excited to drink one of those delicious fuckers. Just ran out this morning :(
