there's a shit ton of omega 3s in walnuts and zinc is in almost everything
most of you faggots probably get enough zinc and don't even realize it unless you eat garbage everyday
according to the nutrient info that I dug up and the many dv references I read up on, 30g of walnuts actually puts you above it. I actually didn't know Walnuts were almost pure fat.
Other nutrients are mostly vestigial with a 30g dose though. Couple ones might be a good boost.

Taking too much vitamin supplements can actually be bad for you and won't have a positive effect on you. Vitamins A, D, E & K - which are fat soluble - can cause kidney and liver failure or damage at the least if taken excessively.
Vitamins as well do not serve as a purpose for energy production - so if you figure taking vitamins to get more energy - you're wasting your money.
