What does /fit/ usually order when going to McDonald's?
Occasionally for a cheat meal I'll grab some French fries and make pic related at home shits bomb senpai
Fuck your McDonald's. I'm from Holland, we have a better invention: Kapsalon (translated: barbershop).
Döner meat, fries, a little salad, lots of cheese and garlic sauce on top. 1800 Kcal of pure goodness!
>pic very related
Here's the Swedish version, we have a special "kebab sauce" instead of cheese on top.
IIFYM is shit for anyone who actually cares about health. Not saying you can't get fast food once in a while, but if you eat it constantly you are harming your health, even if your macros are on point.
Now, if you don't give a shit about your health, go for it. But if you want to be healthy, don't delude yourself into thinking that macros are all that matter.
>3 grilled chicken wrap with hot sauce
In the american midwest we just call it a Horseshoe
Reminds me of mcdonalds studentjob. Howly shit I would eat some crazy invented shit. A modded burger I had made even made it to 9gag.
Not good for diet tho. I would gain 5-9kg's every summer while working.
Most fun part were employee parties where erryone would fuck everyone
Let's say I eat my veggies, I eat my lean meats, my both micros and macros are always on point, I lift, do cardio and eat every single day a Big Mac.
You really think it could do that much damage?
Bacon mcdouble, add Mac sauce add crispy onions, make sure they put crispy onions not slivered, recon, or red.
Like 500 cals
2 sausage egg mcmuffins and a large black coffee
2 mcdoubles and a large black coffee
2 junior chickens and a large black coffee
After the second sandwich it starts to make me sick. All the grease and whatnot.
McChicken/McDouble so I hit a broader spectrum of amino acids for the day because it's the only place i'll get chicken. I'm not even sure how brosciency that is but it seems to work.
2k calories worth of french fries (4 large fries). When I get fast food I want to be able to eat it while drinking so that means something I can eat over tthe span of a few hours (I have a deep fryer to reheat them if they get too cold).
