How do I put some mass on my wrists/lower forearm? I do wrist curls but it's only bulked my upper forearms. My dainty-ass wrists are embarrassing.

Your wrists won't really get bigger. There are barely any muscle bellies there. It's mostly bone, ligament running to hand and fingers, and blood vessels and connective tissue. Your forearms will get significantly larger from training, but not your wrists. All these tards saying "durr deadlifts hurr farmer's walks" don't know wtf they're talking about. There just isn't that much muscle to hypertrophy in the wrist.

Double overhand deadlifts and rows made my forearms massive. Put an inch on them in a little over a year.

Some of my friends are climbers, they use a powerball to strengthen their grip and forearms. You can buy these things for $5,-. Worked great for me, I always use it when I'm watching a movie or something, don't even notice I'm training my forearms
