Daily reminder to add a shitton of accesories if you have a program that focuses on the big lifts (SS, SL).
>did SS for 9 months
>alternated doing 2 sets of chinups and dips every second workout
>get injured and take 9 months off
>start back up again, but this time add chinups, tricep pulldowns, and rollouts with an ab-wheel to every single workout
>look far better in 3 months than I did in 9 months on little accesories.
I've been slowly adding accessories to SS. Got up to:
Bbell curls 2x10
Bbell skullcrushers 2x10
Calf raises 2x10
Alt pull ups/chin ups 3xf
Abs machine 2x10
Alt add/abductor 2x10
Does /fit/ approve? Am i missing stuff?
>do it wrong
I did the version in the sticky. I'm not shelling out 20 shekels for Rippletits' book just so I can do the "official one".
>do it for way longer than you're supposed to do it
I cut twice. You're not gonna exhaust progress on the program in 4-6 months when you also cut.
Because you're not able to progress linearly with SS after 4-6 months. What the fuck do you think the first S in SS stands for?
If you don't plateau at 6 months, you did something wrong. Even rippetoe himself agrees its supposed to be for the first 6 months in order to build a foundation.
A days have 3 sets of 5 dips.
B days have 3 sets of 5 pullups.
Progress until you get to 3xF
From what you said, you went 2x5 dips on A1 and B1 days, then 2x5 pullups on A2 and B2 days. That's not what rippetoe wanted
similar story opie
>do SS for 1-1.5 years followed by about 6 months of TM (with adviced amount of accessories)
>it's fucking nothing
>started candito's linear progression strength-hypertrophy program
>more visible progress in 3 months
Not the guy you were replying to but AT&T is the greatest one true network for men that have worked hard enough to afford it. It is not some plebe network like verizon, sprint, or god forbid metro PCS(the official network of hobos and coloreds). However the 2% shows lack of preparation and weakness of character to be quite honest family.
Verizon > AT&T
There's no significant difference in price that allows you to say "its better because its more expensive" that's just you getting taken for a chump.
The only reason that AT&T became popular is because they were the only carrier allowed to sell iphones during its infancy. Now that every carrier can, AT&T is just overpriced poor quality
>tfw the book literally tells you to add accessory lift after you get used to the lifts
you are stupid and are now making excuses because you were too lazy to read
>I did the version in the sticky
So you didn't actually do SS like every single other person who complains about it since you didn't bother to learn what the fucking program is from pirating the ebook or just reading the fucking wiki you mongoloid piece of shit? It tells you do to accessories from week 4. What gets posted on /fit/ of just the core lifts isn't fucking SS you utter useless retard.
>Stop acting like such a fag
You must be new here.
