talk to someone that actually has knowledge of weightlifting and its impact on growth and development, not a bunch of fucks on /fit/.
He is going to be this short forever if he works out now
i know it's bait but the very very few cases of peoples growth plates getting broken from weight lifting (it happens more from other activities like plauing fucking football which all kids play), they always heal anyway
it won't stunt growth unless you let it interfere with eating enough food
