I am lean, I just want to be leaner like stick legs, I hate my hips I lift a bit and run a bit
I used to be like this until I started lifting heavy, eating properly, and grew some muscles in my legs that replaced the skinnyfat flabbiness. I had a thigh gap you could drive a truck through but I just looked weak and pathetic. Legs are thicker now but they look about 100x better. Would recommend this over looking ridiculously lean with no muscle as this is completely unhealthy and unrealistic due to the way the female body distributes fat. I hate my hips too but I'm growing to like them now I actually have muscle to shape them better. If you hate it, you can always go back to ana mode anyway.
Anything 20-25% and below is lean for a female. When the period stops is when it's unhealthy. It also depends where you distribute fat; more around the stomach, the less you can get away with.

Just do starting strength but incorporate some bent over dumbbell rows. Get a trainer to show you the form for the compound movements (squat, bench, deadlift) so you don't kill yourself. Instead of starting with the bar maybe start with some lighter dumbbells. The pain from the scoliosis will improve as you get better at these (especially deadlifts).
You'll start to feel improvements after about 3 months and see improvements 6-12. If you take frequent progress pictures, you'll be able to track and see your progress sooner. Nutrition is important as well so make sure you read up on that in the sticky. Good luck.
Seriously? For naturals on a woman her size, they're MASSIVE. There are bigger tits out there for sure, but they're usually attached to women carrying 50+ lbs more than her.
