So I'm going to start my 5th 21 day DNP cycle in attempt to cut from 8% to 5% of bf.
I lift every day consuming ~120 protons and eating around my TDEE right now.
So what is the plan in my case? I'm thinking about eating around TDEE - 1k cal and keeping the same amount of daily protons (maybe even bump to 150g) which probably will limit my diet to protein shakes at work and just chicken breast with veggies at home after the workout. How should I lift? Keep the same routine or modify it somehow to save as much muscle volume and strength as possible?

Because it started a few days after I started my cycle and went away a few days after I finished my cycle. I know dnp causes water retention, it just seems that for some reason a lot of the bloat is in my face. Stomach and other areas didn't even look different even though I gained like eight pounds of water weight initially.
What's everyone's experience with Post-DNP calorie deficits? I've heard that your TDEE takes a while to recover (due to thyroid issues or something?) and thus you should eat at a deficit for a while.
Same. I didn't gain any weight, though I know some people gain or lose a significant amount due to water. I have no doubt they mistook additional gain for some sort of magic fat loss instead of just water weight.
I actually never noticed any signs of that mythical water retention either. Never been bloated during the cycles or had additional weight loss due to that water or whatever. Been drinking 2-5L a day on 500mg

If you can't spend the time to read for at least a few hours on it through the pastebin and all the other links in there, then no, DNP is not going to work for you. If you spend the 3 or so hours it takes to familiarize yourself with it, and you feel you can do it smartly, then yeah, it'll work amazingly.

I never had that hydrostatic bf% test, but my friend recently measured me with skinfold calipers all over my body several times and an average number was somewhere around 7%. I didn't believe that number, but maybe even 8% is still way off. I'll make a few pics after my 5th cycle so we can make a guess of my bf all together
It's just a visual estimate and 4chan tends to overestimate. That being said, 8% doesn't seem to far-fetched. Water retention and stuff like that plays a huge role in your looks, even if your bf is stupidly low.

I've been doing my dose at 400mg a day for 3 days. I take 200mg in the morning and 200mg at night. I'm going to take 400mg tonight for a total of 600mg today in an attempt to raise my overall concentration to 800 as it would take 2 more days for me to get there on the 400mg.

It increases literally all activity you do, though you should use the rule of thumb of an eleven percent tdee increase per 100 mg of crystal and 15% tdee increase for powder. So yes, anything that affects your tdee will be increased, as dnp makes ALL ATP production less efficient. And if you're above 400 mg a day you sure as hell should not be doing cardio unless it's 10* F, just as a heads up.

I am running 500mg and have the AC blasting, my body temp was under 99*F for the whole hour while keeping hydrated. Am I still overexerting my body and should i be worried about any other physiological effects ?

Seems to be around 14 pounds. 188 right now cause of food. The deficient depended on what I ate the day before. The cravings can be real at times so I'd say 500-1000. Working out didn't dip at all on 250 I still went heavy. Just had to make sure to take the dose after Working out or I sweat and wheeze too much.
On 500 there is no way in shit I can do a proper workout. I'll go do a few things here and there every once in a while. Perhaps if I do another cycle, I will go 250 and continue working out, cause at 500 I feel like death afterwards

I've heard be off of it at least as long as the cycle you ran. This should include time for coming down off of it. Keep in mind, you can still have it in your system for 1-2 weeks after you stop dosing. So I would say at the VERY earliest 1 month, saying you did a 3 week cycle.
Though, I would stretch it out a bit longer if I could if I were you. Try for 2 months, just keep diet on track and you'll continue losing weight.
