You can't hit different parts along the direction of the muscle fibers.
So middle/outer chest can't be targetted.
Upper/middle/lower definitely can (e.g. incline, flat, decline).

I've been shopping for Ben & Jerry's (tfw no Cherry Garcia nor Coffee Toffee), and when I come home I got a shipment of 5150 and ALLDAYUMAY and obligatory KILL IT cap (Sized up for when the GH kicks in ofc) and a new pair of dumbbells for feeder workouts.
Gonna cook up a shitton of easy-to-ingest food for late-night reheating since there are no takeout places there. I'm thinking bolani made with some coarse flour together with some shredded yams, filled with some more shredded yams and chicken mince, in a spicy yoghurt sauce with plenty of fresh coriander and cayenne pepper and chili.

Yeah, bugged me too. Worst case fucking scenario. I don't skip the training, but it's so short and a small part of the daily videos, it might as well not even be there.
I don't know why it's so addicting watching the Piano man doing mundane shit, but I watched every episode.
It always baffled me how some youtubers got popular filming stupid vlogs and shit from their lives and people watched it, but now I feel the same way about the mutant overlord.

Same thing here. I'm not even a bodybuilder or a powerlifter. But this shit is so entertaining, that I can't wait for another episode. When I'm back at home, I'm turning on YT and checking out if the episode is already on - every fucking day! And even better than a video is a comment section. Oooo man, what a precious and priceless time reading all these trolling and shit about Rich and Sara "Yeap" Piana.

And the catchphrases he uses, oooo man, priceless again, goddamit!

But for most, why I'm still watching this big godamnit monster, is fact, that he seems to be generous and more or less legit. All the information about roids and stuff (I'm not using any of those and probably never will) is very informative. So, I've got education and entertainment at the same fucking time.

I wish, there was more youtubers like Piana, covering other aspects of life.

One thing I've learned from him is that cereal with milk is not a meal!

Remember guys, when you do bench press bring the bar right up to your collar bone while using a suicide grip, it really works the upper ches, it's perfectly safe. Also, make sure you listen to Rich on how to do bench properly, he really knows how to protect your shoulder joint so you can move your upper body without pain when you're 40 years old.
