Part of the reason he is so fat is that it shortens the distance between the lockout and the part of his body he touches with the bar when he benches, thus shortening the range of motion.

maybe you should think for yourself, then? flat barbell bench press is the basic all-around chest exercise
after you get to 2pl8s, then you can target weak spots with isolation or bench variations

I'm thinking bolani made with some coarse flour together with some shredded yams, filled with some more shredded yams and chicken mince, in a spicy yoghurt sauce with plenty of fresh coriander and cayenne pepper and chili.

But for most, why I'm still watching this big godamnit monster, is fact, that he seems to be generous and more or less legit. Remember guys, when you do bench press bring the bar right up to your collar bone while using a suicide grip, it really works the upper ches, it's perfectly safe. Also, make sure you listen to Rich on how to do bench properly, he really knows how to protect your shoulder joint so you can move your upper body without pain when you're 40 years old.
