Bench is 90 ohp is 70 diddylift is 140 PIC is 2 months old but I've been living 4 a year, 5'10 180
Don't wanna start my own thread so I'm piggy backing off of OP
21, 5'9, 190 right now, I've gotten here from 240 in a couple of years but I've only been going to the gym religiously for about 3 months now, How am I looking so far?
What should I focus on more? I'm just doing the standard
Rinse and repeat and do core whenever I can and run/punching bag routine on rest days.
Do I just need to keep at it or how can I improve it right now?
