I am on a weight loss plan and eat oat for all 3 meals. Is there too much oat possible? Do not want to die of oat bloat.

Somewhere it states that too many carbs can gum cells and that reducing intake temporarily is helpful, but if it doesn't seem like a problem, it should be fine.

Nigger fuck your oats, if you're going to eat one thing for every meal make it chicken. You need a fuck ton of protein and not a fuck ton of calories.
