>first day of school
>cardio before class
>all day lecture over boring paperwork stuff
>can't find the energy to kick ass now
even a cheat meal doesnt make me want to do a second run
Keep your cardio to manageable lvls do you have the energy to do whatever else you need to get done that day.
>even a cheat meal doesnt make me want to do a second run
I'm sorry to inform you that you're not going to make it.
I loved the motivational vids but after a year or two it stopped working for me. I had to find intrinsic reasons to keep on going/stay committed.
Brick by brick mentality imo is better than greater picture revelry.
I'm thinking this. The reason I did it first was because we were told we would have a major, 1/3rd of our total grade test on the first day, so I could read notes while running. This turned out to be a lie.
thank you everyone else for the help.
It was never to make it, but to keep me from remembering I never would.
>1/3 of your grade
Pick one, undergrad scum.
Protip for undergrad brahs: College isn't actually stressful. Period. People only get stressed out during it because treating themselves like absolute shit is the norm. Just like in the average normie workplace, where everyone pisses and moans about being "stressed from work" despite being in a place where all you really have to do is not set your cubicle on fucking fire to avoid getting canned.
Take care of yourself and normies will think you're some kind of crazy superhero with how much stress you'll actually be able to take while still staying breezy.
