It's not ordinarily a problem beyond just fixing it immediately. Maybe a little extra stretching if it's fucking with your mobility, but it's pretty simple.

And I'm saying that maybe low muscle fitness is contributing, but you should be able to stand and sit properly, especially with a little flexibility.

If you can't figure out a neutral posture, try turning your palms and forearms forward and letting your shoulders roll back almost by themselves. The same can be said for legs and hips, and the hips should be lined upright below the shoulders and ears.
