Tbh, if women truly want "fair pay", we need to bring back slavery. This is because women put a lot of time and effort into child rearing, yet she can't own any of that, so society just takes the effort of moms for granted.

If moms (and dads) were able to own financial stake in their children, then the pay gap would vanish over night. But of course trying to get a child slavery law passed in congress is a challenge.
