Just saw a 17 year old do two muscleups. I'm 19 and cant even do a pullup. Fucking kill me now.

Try doing "cheat" pullups where you start at the top and dont go all the way down.
Just to boost your self esteem and satisfy yourself that you are only failing because of the very beginning of the rep - the rest is much easier.
Oh, and do negatives.

And what height and weight are you? Doing muscle ups is largely technique, unless you're doing them statically. I can do 10 or so using momentum from my legs, but only maybe 1 or 2 if any if I go slow.
As for pullups get a bar for home and hang it in your house, and try to do it every time you pass by it. Even if you're over or under weight, if you're eating right you will be able to do one before long
