Howre my stats for about 6 months, starting cut in a week5'10 185
I have really good back and chest tricep genetics, also broad shoulders and some bigass lats. Legs are weak point ig, i squatted on smith for many months before changing to freeweight
Only startin dlin 2 months ago and it just blew the fuck up man
Back Squat: 385 lbs[Proficient]
Deadlift: 405 lbs[Proficient]
Bench Press: 345 lbs[Advanced]
Incline Bench Press: 270 lbs[Advanced]
Overhead Press: 230 lbs[Exceptional]
Pendlay Row: 260 lbs[Advanced]
Using to have a much shittier squat, so I'm happy that's catching up.
I feel kinda poopy about the DL and squat. I can do only stiff-legged DL's and front squat/oly squat due to a sports injury. Oh well.
