You know, you could just do a modified version of SS, like this:
Low bar squat 3x5
Romanian (or straight leg) Dlift 1x8 (keep this shit light)
low bar squat 3x5
Eat big, lift big, sleep well.
The reason I stayed with the low bar squats was because it utilizes the posterior chain better than high bar squats; hip drive is not a thing in high bar squats, because you'd want to be a vertical as possible while in the hole.
The accessory work sounds good but personally, after heavy squats and deadlifts, I'm spent. I'ma guy though, so maybe girls have more energy than me.
