Personally i just take caffeine pills on the days i really need them and completely omit caffeine from my life otherwise. Cutting out caffeine sucks for a week or two, but once you lose the tolerance, taking a caffeine pill basically gives you super powers.

I like ON PW for the niacin. Little creatine never hurts but I put a tablespoon extra in it anyway. The caffeine helps too.

If you're against preworkout you're never gonna make it. It's one of those things that I consider to be actually worth it when buying supplements alongside with creatine and just simple protein powder.
I tried this one and it felt like I could lift double the weight.

Caffeine isn't what makes preworkout special you mong. It's the beta alanine giving you those tingles and heating up your muscles. It's like warming up without actually wasting energy on warming up. I swear half of the people on here are fedoras not ever going to make it.
