Quite happy with where I am. Just looking to get lean now and focus more on other things than fitness.
A word of advice is to not test your maxes all too often at your stage. Have fun with it an test it a couple of times per year, but I think it taxes your CNS too much and will hinder your progress. Keep lifting and getting stronger and you will see great results in time for next summer.
It makes me feel motivated seeing someone with a chronic condition similar to ones I have myself with a decent physique. They might not be perfect or something you'd aim for but that's irrelevant.

I'd say cut for a good 12 weeks. You have a good frame but no definition. I would estimate you around 20% bodyfat. You need to track your macros if you want to look lean so I suggest IIFYM.

Whatever. I was about to eat a hot pocket. I injured my psoas muscle end of December and I kept training anyway. This led to a fucked up SI joint because not being able to squat I ended up dead lifting every day.
pro-tip, if you are deadlifting heavy for reps, put the bar down and reset your grip after every rep, or you're going to be taking a trip to snap city like bitches.
