I don't agree with this, although obviously it's very personal. When I count calories I get neurotic and obsessed, although the gains are much leaner. Now I just shovel in as much clean food as I want - I'm full of energy and nutrients, and being just a little soft is comfy

This is similar to my plan over the next year but if I achieve my goal I will spend five months cutting to show the gains that I have made, that is a long ass time to diet.
