I just ran 5 minutes in place in front of my computer while watching anime. I wanted to do 10 but that's too much apparently, since I feel like my legs are jelly and am drenched in sweat.
But I'm getting there. One day I'll have a super cool manly body.
Have you been running today, /fit/?
Go outside OP. I recommend audiobooks.
running is bad for your joints done excessively, especially for bodybuilders seeing as they're mostly very heavy...
Get a bike, swim or use a rowing machine. Even an elliptical ... anything but running.
About 12km. A few icy patches, and we did a few sprints at the end. Good fun.
Dude, I love running in snow. But then, we don't have snow very often here, so maybe one gets tired of it after a while. I don't think I could run indoors without ever getting anywhere, though.
The problem is that most people try too much too soon. Your tendons and bones need longer to build up for running than your muscles and cardiovascular system, especially if you do other sports as well. This way, a run might feel easy but still be too much for your joints.
I ran 25 last week.
I'll do 35 this week.
No lifting right now but I'm going to try and work in dips, pull-ups and planks for the time being
>tfw working 40+ hrs a week
>plus studying 15 hrs a week for june lsat
kill me now.
I'm a neet and I just pick my nose and fondle my balls all day while watching anime 24/7. Like literally I just wake up and sit in front of the computer till 3 in the morning
