These cause my wrists to make an uncomfortable clicking noise. Is this normal? Or is my form shit?
I only have a single dumbbell and for the past few months I've been doing bicep/tricep workouts exclusively. I wanted to get another set of exercises that use dumbbells in my rotation and these looked like a good candidate.
The one I have is adjustable, and that's why I only have one, shit's expensive. Do you have any advice on what to do for lats/back/abs/legs with dumbbells? I have my arms pretty much covered but I can't seem to find much on single dumbbell exercises
