What do you guys think of Ryan Casey? He's a 15 (soon to be 16) year old natural bodybuilder?
Also, young bodybuilders thread.
I'm not too sure of it either, but he keeps saying it in his videos and on his instagram
This fucking kid got to spread his wings next to Jeff Seid, twice..
>strength and flexibility improve gene expression.
You mean that early strength and flexibility training improves gene expression?
THATS QUITE THE CLAIM SAUCE NOW
>Them facial aesthetics, and they should improve.
HIS FACIAL AESTHETICS SHOULD IMPROVE BECAUSE OF HE IS WORKING OUT? WHAT THE FUCK MAN EXPLAIN THIS SORCERY
I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't natural, and then I would be SHOCKED if he was. Only thing that makes me think he has a chance in hell of being natty is that his traps are non-existent.
Why wouldn't it be? Muscle and tendon fitness is hugely helpful, as is circulation and that level of nutrition.
Can you read? Contribute maybe as well?
>>sort of evidence that
Yes, it's plausible that better blood flow, increased (especially facial) fascia, and great nutrition would unimpede facial size and form, height, etc.
Lmfao you are the guys that think anyone who looks better than you is on gear.
Easily achievable, even more so because of his age actually. Puberty = testosterone = more muscle.
Saying it's hard to gain at that age is just hilarious and shows how little you know. It's extremely easy at that age provided you eat enough food.
If he is on a caloric deficit diet or is maintaining an extremely low body fat percentage (à la Richard Sandrak) it could be unhealthy and hamper his growth, although at 16 he is probably almost finished growing. In any case, by the looks of him his body fat levels are healthy, and when you're that age you don't need to be on a caloric deficit to remain lean.
Puberty doesn't equal levels of testosterone outside the norm though, which is where you start seeing increased gains like that.
Why don't you look like him then, buddy? Because that's a pretty incredible body, even more so at fucking 16.
well if you start lifting from a young age you will obviously be ahead of the game... what makes that unnatural? 3+ years of training is 3+ years of training regardless if he was 13 when he started or 21
He's not even that big. Delts and traps look impressive but definitely aren't impossible to achieve as natty.
>If you don't know why that matters then gtfo
He's also pressing his arm up against his body to try and make it all seem bigger.
I've noticed some people just look like crap even if they work out and I'm sorry that may apply to you, insertions matter.
I cannot say for sure if he's on gear or not as nobody really knows but I can tell you that his body is definitely achievable naturally.
Because your progress slows down significantly as a natty once you get past the beginner stage, otherwise any dude in a gym who's been lifting for a while would look as good as that guy.
There's a picture of him next to Jeff Seid, and he's only a little smaller. Do you really think Jeff is natty?
Insertions matter, obviously, but they're not relevant to what I'm saying here, insertions don't magically increase your size. Only bad insertion I've really good is a slightly short bicep, anyway,
There's people at natural bodybuilding contests that don't look as good as this guy does, and you can almost guarantee they've been working out a lot longer.
