Years ago my high school friend had problems with his appetite. He could never eat more than twice a day. Sometimes he ate just one meal per day and he was weak as fuck and tired all the time because of that. His parents were getting depressed about it so they started taking him to doctors.
Some doctors considered growth hormone some steroids some both. His parents decided to take that as the last option. Then some doctor gave him B-Complex tablets. It was all kind of B vitamins and it finally gave him the appetite. The last time i saw him (years ago) he had around 90kg on his 185cm comparing to his 65kg in his skeleton years.
No problem. And try to have some eating schedule. Example; Start with breakfast 6-7 AM, lunch 6 hours after that, dinner 6 hours after. Once your get those three meals in order you will not have a problem to squeeze in some meal in between. But yes check with your GP about B vitamins.
