When i was in 12th grade I had two weight training periods and an JRTOC class, worked my ass off every day but I was overtraining.
after I graduated ( insert first gf ) I could of funneled my progress into some real gains but I fell off and only exercised on and off for a year and some months stopped completely.
Ive been hitting the gym every week day for the last two months , eating better and looking forward to the rest of my life being fit and strong .

Girlfriend of 3 years broke up with me November
Started sleeping with her Last month, just found out she was cheating on me and had literally fucked a dude 6 hours before I was there last time I saw her.
My training has gone to utter shit and I felt like killing myself at one point
On the come around now but shit sucks
Started training at 19 with not much knowledge about eating so i got my newbie gains but got a decent amount of fat too. Fast forward almost 5 years later, i went to live on my own and i just wanted to chill, cut gym and everything.
4 years after that i was becoming a fat turd slowly but steady and i decided it was about damn time to get back in shape.
Took me 1 year with proper nutrition to get back to where i was when i stopped but this time i was looking better and with lower fat. Nutrition makes miracles.
