What routines should I start?
I just started lifting, can bench 90 lbs.

A friend of mine is a crossdresser, and he lifts like crazy. Nothing complicated, classic SS stuff, but he goes big, he trains six days in a week.
What's important is he has every meal planned. like to the fucking max. Chicken, rice, eggs.
Looks great ripped man, looks pretty good as a human too (ass a little big for my taste, but you know.)
lift big, eat clean
