This is a 2012 grass roots.
And honestly, for me it's better than the Gibson of the same year, has a thinner neck and sounds smooth as shieeet.

The jazz bass is more comfortable as a dumbell tho, the weight is balanced on the 24th fret so you hold it with one hand by the neck and it's balanced.
