I just wanna show you guys something.
This is my weight lifting gear.
I use the guitars as dumbells and the large rock I use like a sort of bar for military press and shrugs and shit like that.
What do you think of my gear?
>discourages proper form
>never increases in weight
It would be hard to say better than nothing. Aside from fucking your shit up, you'll make absolutely zero progress and yet risk dropping the guitars after an actual man set - that is, unless you don't go to failure. You would make better gains doing body weight things idiot
diagnosis: You're fat. You're scared to go gym in case you can't stick to it and don't want people to watch you fail or even let them see you buy real weights for $20
I'm actually supper skinny.
I'm happy with my body but my arms and shoulders need some workin.
Also I don't know if I can make rent this month let alone buying dumbells.
I guess what I'm asking is how to get shoulders and arms without money?
Turn off the internet, buy weights with the savings.
Sell guitar, buy weights with the savings
Go to the playground, do pull-ups and with your gains intimidate kids into giving you $20 for weights
someone link this fuccboi some bodyweight routines
This is a 2012 grass roots.
And honestly, for me it's better than the Gibson of the same year, has a thinner neck and sounds smooth as shieeet.
The jazz bass is more comfortable as a dumbell tho, the weight is balanced on the 24th fret so you hold it with one hand by the neck and it's balanced.
