How do I get on that MJ vert mode? Currently can do about 30" with no training but wouldn't mind an even 3 foot

On A I'm doing shoulder stuff and then cleans, fast squats super setted with depth drops (complex training) and finally heavy single leg squats. Is this alright? I want to do deads too but not sure where they could fit in without burning my cns
